’ve worked in education for many years and have had the opportunity to take on a variety of roles across teaching and leadership. I’ve been a science teacher, Head of Department, Head of Year, Assistant Principal, IB Diploma Coordinator, and Leader of Learning. I’ve led accreditations, aligned curriculum, and coached teachers across a range of international schools in Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, China, and now Cambodia.
I’m passionate about building inclusive school cultures where students feel safe, challenged, and genuinely known, aa well as where teachers are trusted, supported, and still enjoying the work.
