We are deeply saddened by the passing of Deshika Sathya Narayanan, a vibrant and cherished part of our school community. She touched many lives with her warmth, kindness, and generosity of spirit, from guiding students through mentorship to calming parents’ worries during important exams. We know that many families will be feeling this loss deeply.
At moments like this, we are reminded of how much our community is built on people who give of themselves and share their light with others. Deshika’s presence made a true difference, and she will be remembered with great affection.
Our hearts go out to her family and to all who were honoured to know her. She will be dearly missed.
Sustainable Uniform Sale
A huge thank you to all the volunteers who together handled the sorting, the rush, and the pick-up brilliantly we couldn’t have done it without you! A special mention goes to Sandra and Heather for steering the ship. To all the parents who took part in the sale, thank you as well for such an excellent turnout.
Thursday’s sale unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the weather. On the bright side, we’ve set a new date, 16th September. and fresh stock will be available!

Shoe Donations
A big thank you to all who contributed to the shoe drive. We’ll share final numbers in next week’s newsletter once everything has been counted. Shout out to Judith and all her volunteers.

Coffee Mornings
Thank you to everyone who joined our Friday Parent Coffee Morning! It was lovely to see so many of you, and we’re especially grateful to all who mingled with our Secondary Leadership Team.
Next up: don’t miss Friday, 19th September at 8:15 a.m. in the Bistro when we welcome our Secondary Care & Guidance Leaders. This is a fantastic opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, or simply get to know the team supporting your children.
This will be the second of only three informal Care & Guidance Coffee Mornings this term, so make sure to take advantage of the chance to connect!
